Box & Breathe isn't just a gym it's a home. The environment is unreplicable, and it accommodates everyone's needs especially mums who can't train without having to bring their children or newborns with them. Dan accommodates every session to your needs and goals, and makes every session enjoyable. There are not only boxing sessions for people of ALL levels, but Jiu-Jitsu lessons, fighters classes to expand your fight knowledge with other fighters, kids classes, personal training sessions, breathe-work sessions, and an ice bath to finish off your session. This isn't a gym you'll find in every town you go to, this is one of those gyms you find and hold on to.

Questions
Are the classes women only?
Yes. The women's program runs as women's-only sessions so you can train in a room that feels comfortable from your first class.
I have never boxed. Can I keep up?
Yes. Most women start with no experience. The class is scaled so you work at your own pace and build up from the basics.
Do I have to spar?
It is built around what you want. Sparring is there if you want to chase it, but most women train for fitness, skill and confidence. We tailor it to your goals.
What should I bring?
Normal gym gear and a water bottle. We provide gloves to get you started.
