Anyone who wants to get stronger, move better and stay injury-free, whether you box with us or just want a solid strength program. All levels welcome.

The sessions are programmed by an accredited exercise scientist, so the training is structured and safe, not random. It backs up your boxing and carries over into everyday life.

Questions

Do I have to box to do strength and mobility?

No. Plenty of members come for the strength work on its own. It also pairs well with boxing if you train both.

Who runs the program?

An accredited exercise scientist programs the sessions, so the training is structured around getting you stronger and moving well, safely.

I am not very fit or strong yet. Can I start?

Yes. Everything is scaled to your level. You start where you are and build from there.

What should I bring?

Normal training gear and a water bottle. That is all you need to get going.
