Beginner-friendly classes run every weekday at 9:30am, 4pm and 6pm, women's Mon, Wed and Thu 7pm and Sat 7:30am. See the full timetable.

  1. We text you to confirm your class.

  2. Turn up 10 minutes early in normal gym gear.

  3. Your coach meets you at the door and looks after you from there.

Questions

Do I need to be fit first?

No. Plenty of people walk in having never trained anywhere. Your first session is built around where you are right now, and the coach sets the pace.

Will I get punched?

No. There is no sparring for beginners. Your first class is technique, footwork and pad work with a coach. Sparring only ever happens later, by choice, and with coach approval.

Do I need my own gear?

No. Gloves are provided. Come in normal gym gear with a water bottle and you are set.
