Our kids program

We're in the business of building dangerous young humans.

Not dangerous in the way that most people think, but dangerous because they're confident, capable, resilient, and brave enough to be kind. Dangerous because they can stand tall, face challenges head-on, and have the courage to speak up when something's wrong.

Our kids' program isn't just about punches and head movement; it's about shaping strong character, self-belief, and discipline that carries far beyond the gym. We're teaching the next generation to be good heroes who can handle themselves when they need to.

So become a part of the Box & Breathe community, where strength, respect, and growth start from day one.

Questions

What ages do you take?

Kids from 4 to 13, split into Junior (4 to 6), Senior (7 to 9) and Youth (10 to 13) so they train with kids their own age and stage.

Is it safe? Will my kid get hit?

Kids classes are about skill, not contact. They learn technique, footwork and pad work in a supervised, controlled class. The kids do not hit each other.

My child has never boxed. Is that ok?

That is most kids who start. The coaches teach from the ground up and keep it fun while they learn the fundamentals.

Do they need their own gear?

No. We provide gloves to get started. If your child sticks with it you can sort their own gloves and wraps later.
